Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns for 30 days.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged due to shipping, you may return within 30 days of order date for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  The 30 day return policy only applies to our tabletop fountain collection.  Our wall fountain collection is subject to Manufacturers 6 month Limited Warranty.

If you receive your fountain and it is damaged in any way, you have 5 days to contact us to report it. If reported beyond 5 days after delivery, the assumption is made that the item was damaged after it was delivered and we cannot replace it.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)

If the reason for return is other than defective product, it will be refunded at discretion of Tabletop Fountain Store.

All the Bluworld products (i.e. all the wall fountains) have a 6 month limited manufacturer warranty.  All the Bluworld products are identified with this logo:

If you need to return an item, simply email support@tabletopfountainstore.com with your order number.  We will provide you with return address and other instructions.  Once the return is received, we'll notify you via e-mail of your processed the returned item.

Shipping

We ship anywhere in 48 contiguous US states.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

We offer two types of shipments: standard and express.  Standard shipping takes 5 business days. Express shipping takes 3 business days.
