Would the tabletop fountain leak?

None of our tabletop fountains would leak. Usually, when you see water leaking from a tabletop fountain, there is something wrong with the initial setup. If your tabletop fountain is still leaking after proper setup, we will take it back and pay for your return shipping.

Would the tabletop fountain splatter?

Our tabletop fountains are professionally manufactured and designed not to splatter water. Water might splash if the setup is not right. Usually the splattering problem can be corrected by adjusting the flow of water or leveling the fountain. Too much water in the basin may cause the splashing. Ideally, the basin of tabletop fountain would have to about halfway full to avoid the splashing problem.

Would I be able to adjust the water flow of my tabletop fountain so I can hear the trickling sound of water?

Most of our tabletop fountains have adjustable water flow. This will allow you to increase or decrease the flow of water. You may also re-arrange the river stones or the basin to increase or decrease the sound of water.

Would the fountain pump make unwanted noise?

There are three reason why fountain pumps make unwanted noise:

The main reason fountain pumps make noise is because they are not fully submerged in water. Make sure they are fully submerged in water to stop the unwanted noise.

Additionally, there may be air bubbles that get into the tubing when you turn on the fountain after long time. This problem would auto-fix itself when you leave the fountain on for sometime. (as long as there is sufficient water in the basin - typically, it should be filled about halfway)

Fountain pump is in contact with basin and its vibration with basin is making noise. You may solve this problem with submerging your fountain in water in such a way that it is not in contact with the basin wall, or by placing a cushion of sponge between basin wall and fountain pump.

Are there any cordless tabletop fountains?

They turn on when there is some noise in the surrounding - in this way, they are conserving the battery power when there is no one around.

How often do I change the water in tabletop fountain?

It is recommended that you change the water in this tabletop fountains every week.

What kind of water do I use for my tabletop fountain?

Distilled water is recommended in filling the tabletop fountains in order to avoid the hard-water build up and white residues.

How do I get rid of white scales and hard water build up in my tabletop fountain?

If you want to avoid any hard-water build up or mineral residues (white scales), it is recommended that you use fountain water treatments like “Protec Water Treatment”. You may also use the flavored water treatment tablets if you like aromatic scents.

How do I clean my tabletop Fountain?

Remove the electric connections prior to cleaning the tabletop fountain. Simply wipe it clean and refill it with water once every month.

Is it difficult to setup tabletop fountains?

Out Tabletop fountains are very easy to setup and operate. Most of them come with easy to setup instructions, but most likely you won’t need these instruction. The fountains are usually set up and running in matter of minutes.

Do tabletop fountains come with pump?

Yes, all our tabletop fountains come with pump. Some of these pumps have one year limited warranty as well.
