Would the tabletop fountain leak?
None of our tabletop fountains would leak. Usually, when you see water leaking from a tabletop fountain, there is something wrong with the initial setup. If your tabletop fountain is still leaking after proper setup, we will take it back and pay for your return shipping.
Our tabletop fountains are professionally manufactured and designed not to splatter water. Water might splash if the setup is not right. Usually the splattering problem can be corrected by adjusting the flow of water or leveling the fountain. Too much water in the basin may cause the splashing. Ideally, the basin of tabletop fountain would have to about halfway full to avoid the splashing problem.
Most of our tabletop fountains have adjustable water flow. This will allow you to increase or decrease the flow of water. You may also re-arrange the river stones or the basin to increase or decrease the sound of water.

If you want to avoid any hard-water build up or mineral residues (white scales), it is recommended that you use fountain water treatments like “Protec Water Treatment”. You may also use the flavored water treatment tablets if you like aromatic scents.
Remove the electric connections prior to cleaning the tabletop fountain. Simply wipe it clean and refill it with water once every month.
Out Tabletop fountains are very easy to setup and operate. Most of them come with easy to setup instructions, but most likely you won’t need these instruction. The fountains are usually set up and running in matter of minutes.
